Phone Consult: Pre & Post Op Lymphatic Drainage Massage
This service is for those who are planning or recovering from a surgery (cosmetic or otherwise) and wish to aid their recovery and results.
The pre and post can be independent of one another (ie. you don’t need to have come pre op to book in for post op for example).
As people’s surgeries will be different and healing times etc will vary, it is important that we carry out a phone consultation prior to your first treatment. I am willing to offer a discount for bulk bookings that can be adjusted as needed (depending on recovery and surgeon’s recommendations).
Also, if you’re still in the process of deciding whether you want to go ahead with a surgery or have decided but not sure what to ask your potential surgeon, I can help you with questions to ask and advice on how to best prepare yourself for surgery. If you’re post op I can help you with aftercare and nutrition to aid your recovery so please feel free to book in for a chat either way!
Pre & Post Op Lymphatic Drainage Massage
A treatment for those who are getting ready for surgery and/or those that have already gone through the surgical process to help with recovery and results.
It is important to have booked in for the free phone consultation first before booking this treatment. This is the price for a one off treatment. During the phone consultation we can discuss block bookings and negotiate prices accordingly. I will go through the process with you and give you all the information you need.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage (MLD)
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) massage is a specialised therapeutic technique designed to promote the natural drainage of the lymph, which helps remove waste and toxins from the body. Swedish Massage
Swedish massage uses long, flowing strokes to warm the muscles before using a variety of techniques to help alleviate muscle tension. It uses a more moderate pressure than deep tissue massage and aims at focusing on the superficial layers of muscle and tissue. A great treatment for someone who hasn’t experienced massage before or for those that prefer a more gentle approach.

My deep tissue massage is designed to relieve chronic muscle tension and improve mobility. I will use a variety of techniques to target problem areas and help you achieve optimal wellness.
Aromatherapy Massage
Experience the power of aromatherapy combined with a full-body massage. I will use essential oils to help soothe sore muscles and aid relaxation.
Pregnancy Massage
My pregnancy massages are tailored to the Mum-to-be and will offer relaxation, comfort and relief from aches and pains that come with carrying a child. You will lie on your side with pillows to help support your bump and body to make the experience as tranquil as possible.
Lava Shell Massage
My lava shell massages use warm, smooth shells to help soothe sore muscles and promote relaxation. The heat from the stones helps to improve circulation and leaves you feeling refreshed and renewed.
Reflexology
Based on the principle that specific points on the feet correspond to different organs and systems in the body, reflexology can help to relieve stress, improve circulation, and promote overall wellness.
Facial
My facials are carried out in a relaxing and tranquil environment using locally made products from Lily M and products from Neal’s Yard. A hand and arm massage will be included during the treatment whilst we wait for your face mask to set. Pure luxury.
